Mississippi's Maxwell Suspended Three Games |
PRINCETON, N.J. � The ECHL announced on Wednesday that it has suspended Mississippi right wing Roger Maxwell for three games as a result of his actions in ECHL Game # 490 against Louisiana on January 3.
At 5:55 of the second period, Maxwell was assessed a major penalty for boarding and a game misconduct under Rule 44(b). He is suspended three games under Rule 33A Supplementary Discipline.
Maxwell will miss Mississippi�s games at Pensacola (Jan. 9), at Louisiana (Jan. 10) and at Columbus (Jan. 11).
