PRINCETON, N.J. � The ECHL announced on Thursday that it has suspended Mississippi right wing Roger Maxwell for four games and Louisiana forward Jason Hamilton for three games as a result of an off-ice incident in ECHL Game # 366 on December 14.
At 0:47 of the first period, Maxwell and Hamilton were both assessed game misconducts under Rule 56(c). As a result of his physical actions, Maxwell is suspended four games under Rule 33A Supplementary Discipline.
As a result of his physical and verbal actions, Hamilton is suspended three games under Rule 33A Supplementary Discipline. Maxwell will miss Mississippi�s games at Texas (Dec. 19), vs. Columbus (Dec. 20), at Pensacola (Dec. 21) and at Columbus (Dec. 26). Hamilton will miss Louisiana�s games vs. Columbus (Dec. 19), vs. Greenville (Dec. 20) and vs. Greenville (Dec. 22).
