BILOXI, Miss. - Mississippi Sea Wolves general manager Mike Fitzpatrick announced today the preseason home game is free to the public at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 4.
The Sea Wolves will play host to the Pensacola Ice Pilots at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum.
The game is also the Third Annual 'Learning with the Sea Wolves Field Trip'. Schools interested in participating, with students from kindergarten to sixth grade can contact Sea Wolves community relations director Michelle Boynton at (228) 275-WOLF, ext. 22.
Pensacola welcomes Mississippi at 7:05 p.m. on Saturday, October 5 at the Pensacola Civic Center.
Mississippi opens the 2002-03 regular season at Baton Rouge on Saturday, October 12.
The first home game for the Sea Wolves is 5:05 p.m. on Sunday, October 13 against intrastate rival Jackson.
Parking is free for all home games and season ticket prices have been lowered by as much as $50 per seat.
