BILOXI, Miss. - Mississippi Sea Wolves coach Bob Woods and general manager Mike Fitzpatrick announced today Rob Flahiff (FLAHF) has been named equipment manager.
Flahiff, 35, returns to the organization for the third time. He served in the same capacity with the Sea Wolves from 1996-98 and 1999-00. Last season, Flahiff worked for a professional hockey team in Sweden. His experience also includes work in Switzerland, Grand Rapids of the American Hockey League, San Francisco of the International Hockey League plus various National Hockey League training camps.
Flahiff replaces Scott Moon, who was hired as an assistant equipment manager with the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League.
�I�m glad to be back on the Mississippi Gulf Coast,� said Flahiff. �I look forward to working with coach Bob Woods, (assistant equipment manager) Bob Williams and the rest of the Sea Wolves personnel and players. I�m also looking forward to renewing business relationships and friendships and making new ones too!�

The Sea Wolves home opener is 5:05 p.m. on Sunday, October 13 against the Jackson Bandits.
