BILOXI, Miss. - Mississippi Sea Wolves coach Bob Woods announced today right wing Travis Lisabeth (LIHZ-ah-beth) has re-joined the organization after being released from his tryout with the Rochester Americans of the American Hockey League.
Lisabeth, 22, re-signed with the Sea Wolves on September 12. He returns to Mississippi after posting 19 goals and 22 assists for 41 points and 109 penalty minutes in 68 games with the Sea Wolves last season. During the 2002 Kelly Cup Playoffs, the 6-foot, 200-pound native of Langton, Ontario appeared in 10 games tallying one goal and 10 penalty minutes.
The addition of Lisabeth brings the Sea Wolves training camp roster to 22 players. The breakdown consists of 13 forwards, six defense and three goaltenders.
The Sea Wolves play a free preseason home game against archrival Pensacola at 10 a.m. on Friday at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum.
