Hyacinthe Placed On Injured Reserve, Buckley Moved To 30-Day IR |
BILOXI, Miss. � Mississippi Sea Wolves coach Bob Woods announced today left wing Seneque Hyacinthe (Suh-NEEK HI-ah-sinth) has been placed on the 7-day injured reserve, while goaltender Mike Buckley has been transferred from the 7-day IR to the 30-day IR.
Hyacinthe, 21, has played three games with the Sea Wolves picking up six penalty minutes. The 6-foot and 180-pound native of Montreal, Quebec was selected by the Buffalo Sabres in the sixth round, 178th overall, in the 1999 National Hockey League Entry Draft.
Buckley, 25, was injured on October 18 at Louisiana in his Sea Wolves debut. Buckley made nine saves on 10 shots.
Mississippi takes to the ice tomorrow at 7:05 p.m. at Baton Rouge.
The Sea Wolves return home for games Saturday and Sunday.
On Saturday, Mississippi hosts Pensacola at 7:35 p.m. at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum.
On Sunday, Mississippi welcomes Baton Rouge to the Wolves Den. The opening face-off is at 5:05 p.m.
Following the game on Sunday, it�s Trick or Treat with the Sea Wolves. Yellow Book is supplying the bags, while the Booster Club is providing the candy!
