BILOXI, Miss. � The Mississippi Sea Wolves of the ECHL announced that the team has placed more than 80 hockey items online and available for bids effective immediately on eBay with the proceeds going towards the Rebuilding and Restoration Fund to help the team return to the ice in October for their 10th Anniversary Season.

Merchandise includes support from several National Hockey League teams with jerseys, sticks and pucks including a signed Mississippi Sea Wolves promotional hockey stick from Jarome Iginla of the Calgary Flames that survived Hurricane Katrina, a Colorado Avalanche signed promotional hockey stick, a Washington Capitals signed promotional hockey stick signed by rookie of the year candidate Alexander Ovechkin, a signed Martin Straka jersey from the New York Rangers and a Chris Pronger signed Edmonton Oilers jersey.
There are also Sea Wolves jerseys available online consisting of team practice jerseys and signed authentic game-worn jerseys from defenseman Chris Cava, plus forwards Nick Greenough and Jay Legault, who will all have their rights revert back to Mississippi during the offseason.
The team was forced into an extensive offseason after the inside of the Mississippi Coast Coliseum was extensively damaged by flooding from Hurricane Katrina, including the team offices, locker rooms, ice-making equipment and two Zambonis.
