BILOXI, Miss. � The Mississippi Sea Wolves of the ECHL have announced a �Save The Sea Wolves Season" Fund after Hurricane Katrina devastated the Mississippi Gulf Coast and neighboring communities.

Mississippi Sea Wolves owners and front office personnel are working towards the upcoming season, scheduled to begin in October.
The photograph clearly illustrates the spirit of the Sea Wolves organization which continues to work hard to recover from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
The league office has been in communication with the Sea Wolves ownership group, who are in the process of exploring options.
A decision on the status of the team for the upcoming season is not expected before the week of September 12.
